The Lodden Dental Zirconia Veneer Solution is an integrated restorative system designed for modern CAD/CAM workflows, combining high-strength zirconia materials with an advanced lithium disilicate–based surface modification technology.
The system is engineered to enhance both structural performance and interfacial bonding behavior by addressing one of the key clinical challenges in zirconia veneers: long-term adhesion stability. Through controlled surface roughening, high-performance zirconia discs, and a thermally fused glass-ceramic coating layer, this solution supports predictable restorative outcomes in veneer and minimally invasive indirect restorations

The Zirconia Surface Pretreatment Agent introduces a fused lithium disilicate glass coating onto zirconia restorations, transforming traditionally difficult-to-bond zirconia surfaces into highly bondable substrates. Combining mechanical interlocking with chemical bonding mechanisms, it helps improve veneer retention and reduce the risk of debonding. The advanced lithium disilicate-based formulation delivers excellent translucency, high flexural strength, and an ultra-thin coating thickness of less than 10 μm, preserving restoration fit and esthetics. Its stable paste format supports precise application, long-term storage after opening, and treatment of more than 600 veneer restorations from a single package.
UT-W is supplied as a pure white zirconia disc, allowing technicians to achieve customized shade matching through the application of zirconia coloring liquids. The white base provides complete control over the staining process, enabling the creation of individualized restorations tailored to specific clinical requirements.
UT-ML features a 5-layer structure designed to mimic the natural optical characteristics of teeth. The integrated shade and translucency gradient allows restorations to exhibit a more realistic transition between cervical, body, and incisal regions, reducing manual staining and improving production efficiency.

Process coated restoration in ceramic furnace:
Starting temperature | Drying time | Heating rate | Peak temperature | Holding time | Opening temperature |
450°C | 6 minutes | 55°C/min | 920°C | 3 minutes | 700°C |
During this stage, a fused lithium disilicate glass-ceramic layer forms, creating a chemically active interface on zirconia.
High-strength zirconia options (≥800 MPa and 700–800 MPa) support structural reliability across different restoration demands
Multi-shade and gradient-layer architecture (including VITA 16 + BL series and 5-layer stacking) enhances natural color reproduction and depth perception
Advanced lithium disilicate-based surface coating technology improves zirconia veneer adhesion through combined mechanical and chemical bonding
Suitable for up to 600 zirconia veneer and designed for long-term use
