When strength is the priority, the Lodden HT Zirconia Series is engineered to deliver reliable performance for high-load restorative indications. Designed for dental laboratories, clinics, and CAD/CAM distributors, this series combines 1350 MPa flexural strength with 37% translucency, offering an excellent balance between mechanical reliability and practical esthetics for posterior and implant-related applications.
The Lodden HT series includes three product options to match different workflows and milling systems:
Whether you are producing posterior crowns, multi-unit bridges, full-arch prostheses, implant-supported restorations, or implant abutments, the HT series is built for cases where strength, stability, and efficiency matter most.
High-Strength Zirconia for Demanding Restorations
Built for High-Load Indications
With 1350 MPa flexural strength, Lodden HT zirconia is developed for restorative situations that require superior fracture resistance and structural stability.
Balanced Translucency for Functional Restorations
At 37% translucency, the HT series offers practical optical performance while maintaining the mechanical properties needed for more demanding indications.
Reliable Milling & Sintering Performance
The material is optimized for CAD/CAM production, supporting efficient milling, consistent edge integrity, and dependable post-sintering outcomes for routine laboratory and clinical workflows.

HT-W is Lodden’s white high-strength zirconia, intended for laboratories and technicians who prefer full control over the final shade result.
After sintering, HT-W remains white and requires the use of a dedicated Coloring Liquid for manual post-processing shade infiltration.

HT-C is Lodden’s pre-colored HT zirconia, designed for users who want to reduce manual staining steps and improve production efficiency.
You can specify the shade you need, and we will provide the corresponding pre-colored zirconia. After sintering, the restoration achieves the selected shade directly, reducing post-processing complexity and improving workflow consistency.

HT-Sirona is a Sirona-compatible version developed from the HT-W concept, but manufactured in a Sirona system format for users operating within the Sirona CAD/CAM ecosystem.
Unlike HT-W and HT-C, which are offered in AG, 95 mm, and 98 mm disc formats, HT-Sirona is specifically designed for Sirona system compatibility, helping users simplify material selection and reduce production friction.
