Lodden vacuum forming thermoformer is a fully-automatic dental vacuum thermoforming machine. At a single press of the Start button, it heats and vacuum-forms a thermoplastic sheet over a model to create a clear aligner, mouthguard, bleaching tray, or other appliance.
- One-Button Fully Automatic Operation: The entire thermoforming cycle (heating, vacuum forming, and cooling) is performed at the touch of a single button. No manual assistance or arm-flipping is needed.
- Versatile Sheet Compatibility: Accepts both 125 mm diameter round and 127 × 127 mm square sheets. Supports film thicknesses from 0.5 mm up to 3.0 mm (comparable to machines rated 0.4–4.0 mm), accommodating common aligner, tray, and splint materials.
- Stable Vacuum Forming: The system maintains a consistent forming pressure (e.g., ~4 bar) throughout each cycle, ensuring uniform sheet-to-model adaptation. Adjustable vacuum/air pressure timers help achieve precise thickness and edge fit for each appliance.
- 4.3″ Touchscreen Controls: Large color LCDs display temperature and pressure in real time. Seven preset programs (for common sheet types) are factory-configured, and custom “recipes” can be saved for repeat jobs. The interface provides clear visual/audio guidance at each step, which reduces training time and ensures consistent results regardless of the operator.
